Agency Projects
Deposits paid to begin a project are non-refundable once work has started. If a project is cancelled before any work begins, the deposit may be refunded minus any processing fees. For milestone-based projects, completed milestones are non-refundable.
Monthly Services
Monthly services (SEO, social media management, etc.) may be cancelled at any time. No refund is issued for the current billing month, but future billing stops immediately upon cancellation request.
Non-Refundable Items
Third-party costs paid on your behalf (domain registration, premium plugins, stock assets, ad spend) are non-refundable once purchased.
