1. Services

AL BARK E-COM SOLUTION provides digital services including web development, Shopify store development, custom software, graphic design, and digital marketing. All services are subject to a written or verbal agreement before work begins.

2. Payment

Projects require a deposit before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion and before handover of files. Monthly services are billed at the start of each billing cycle.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables created for you become your property. AL BARK retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Limitation of Liability

AL BARK E-COM SOLUTION is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
